Starting point: underperforming social media networks in Serbia that don't generate leads, featuring only work samples in the feed, lacking design concepts and a tone of voice. Point B (after working with my team and me): fully optimized social networks, an engaged audience, and daily leads through Direct. I led a team of designers and copywriters within the agency, sourced outsourced contractors, and coordinated with the client's team.
